FLOWER POWER ENRGY BAR
1 tbsp MY|NAWIRI Baobab Fruit Powder
2 tbsp of Hibiscus Flower Powder
1 tbsp pure Honey
1 tbsp grounded Almonds
2 tbsp organic Cashew/ Almond or Peanut Butter
1 tbsp virgin Coconut Oil
1and 1/2 cup Oat
First you have to make sure you have all the needed ingredients. If you can't find Hibiscus Flower Powder, just make it yourself: buy the dried flowers and grounded them manually or in a food processor.
Once all the ingredients are ready mix them into a bowl and use your clean hands to create a compact dough.
Cover a flat and hard surface with baking paper and create a rectangular shape of about 1.5 cm high.
Leave in the refrigerator for 2 hours and the bars are ready to be cut and eaten.
If you don't finish them you can keep them in a closed container until next time you feel for something sweet and healthy !
